In Store Pickup Terms & Conditions

 

Most orders are ready for pickup within 4 business hours of the time the order is placed. Orders can only be picked up during store hours only. When picking up your order, you must provide your first & last name and bring your order number with you.

 

To avoid a 15% restocking fee, all orders must be picked up within 5 business days. Orders that are not picked up within 5 days, will be imposed with a 15% restocking fee, and we will issue a refund for the remainder. Refunds will only be made on the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

 

If one or more of your ordered items becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email before your selected pick-up timeframe. You can choose to be refunded the amount of the unavailable item(s), and still pick up the rest of your order at the time you requested. Or, you can choose to cancel your entire order for a full refund.
